The service was exceptional, the breakfast was tasty. The room was huge and modern, plus the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were great, everything was very convenient during our stay. The location was marvellous - really close to a 10mins bus ride to the nightlife, a beautiful beach with plenty of lounge chairs and a huge outdoor mall with tons to do.

Reasonably priced hotel, we loved this place.
That hotel was in a beautiful location, easy to access by bus or taxi. And we were very close to the restaurant in front of the beach and Isla Mujeres. The whole room was a nice size and huge and had climate control, television, and a mini fridge bar.

The value for money at this lovely hotel was excellent, and the junior swim up suite we stayed in was top-notch. The location right by the beach, with palm trees, was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Clean and ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS accom with stunning and wonderful location just next door to a 10mins bus ride to the nightlife, and a lovely grove of palm trees on the sand which the larger smarter hotels. A nice size room and modern bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels. Ocean view, helpful and very attentive staff.

flamingo cancun resort was an incredible experience! from the beautiful swim-up suite to the attentive staff, everything exceeded our expectations. we felt like superstars with the personalized service and the all-inclusive option was a great choice. can't wait to go back!

Actually a nice, clear area directly on the beach, not in the party area. Furniture is old, but everything is clean.
The food offer was not good, the breakfast was very simple and generally everything was prepared without empathy, bad ingredients. Tables were not set fast enough and you had to wait a long time for coffee and cutlery. Lunch and evening buffet generally cold food and many ready made products. personnel accordingly unmotivated.

The location was peaceful and decent, in front of a bus stop and easy to find. There was La Pizza extremely close to the hotel. Savoury breakfast with 10 items, served in the bar.
